Role Overview

The Retail Store Manager (Store Leader) provides comprehensive leadership over store safety, pet parent experiences, operations, finances, and HR functions. Key Responsibilities

• People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, and develop associates; create schedules; facilitate reviews, training, and succession planning; foster open communication and high engagement.
• Store Experience: Ensure safe, healthy environments for pets, associates, and customers; handle escalations; conduct monthly walks and camera reviews; manage inventory and events.
• Business Management: Execute corporate strategies for profitability; analyze performance; communicate objectives; prioritize safety and compliance.
