Role Overview

- Store Experience: Lead pet parent interactions, ensure pet safety, conduct Core and Services Walks, manage inventory, and review cameras for compliance and coaching.
- Business Management: Execute corporate strategies for profitability, analyze performance, communicate objectives, and partner on events like adoption drives.
Experience & Skills
Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of retail management, strong leadership in high-volume environments, and passion for pets. Key skills include team motivation, operational excellence, customer obsession, financial acumen, and adaptability to dynamic retail demands. Experience with P&L, inventory systems, and safety protocols is essential.
