Role Overview
The Retail Store Manager (Store Leader) provides leadership oversight for safety, pet parent experiences, operations, financial results, and HR functions. Drive company culture, achieve targets, champion service, and execute daily business while upholding our vision, mission, values, and strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, develop, and manage team performance; create schedules; foster open-door culture and engagement.
- Store Experience: Ensure safe, healthy environments for pets, associates, and customers; handle escalations; conduct compliance walks; manage inventory and events.
- Business Management: Deliver profitability goals; analyze performance; communicate objectives; review security footage for coaching.
Experience & Skills
Seeking proven retail leaders with team management expertise, customer service passion, financial acumen, and pet industry knowledge. Key skills include delegation, conflict resolution, process improvement, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Flexible scheduling is essential.
