- Store Experience: Ensure safe, healthy environments for pets and people; deliver exceptional service; manage events, compliance, inventory, and safety protocols like Core Walks and camera reviews.
- Business Management: Execute strategies for profitability; analyze performance; communicate objectives; optimize processes.

Seeking proven leaders with retail management experience, strong team-building skills, customer focus, financial acumen, and passion for pets. Must thrive in dynamic environments, delegate effectively, and prioritize safety and service.
