- Store Experience: Ensure safe, healthy environments for pets and people; deliver outstanding pet parent service; conduct compliance walks and monitor cameras.
- Business Management: Analyze performance metrics, execute strategies for profitability, manage inventory, and lead events with community partners.
Experience & Skills
Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of retail management experience, strong leadership skills, customer service expertise, and financial acumen.
