Key Responsibilities

- Store Experience: Ensure safe environments for associates, pets, and customers; manage pet parent interactions; conduct safety walks; oversee inventory and compliance.
- Business Management: Execute strategies for profitability; analyze performance metrics; communicate objectives; partner on events and community initiatives.
Experience & Skills
Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of retail management experience, strong leadership in team building and customer service, financial acumen, and a passion for pets. Key skills include conflict resolution, operational efficiency, and fostering engagement in dynamic environments.
