Role Overview

The Retail Store Manager (Store Leader) provides comprehensive leadership over store safety, pet parent experiences, operations, financial performance, and HR functions. Key Responsibilities

• Store Experience: Ensure pet safety and health; manage pet parent interactions; conduct monthly walks for policy compliance; prioritize safety via camera reviews and incident response.
• Business Management: Analyze performance, execute corporate strategies for profitability; maintain inventory levels; communicate objectives and lead efficient operations.
