Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, and develop associates; create schedules; facilitate reviews, training, and succession planning; build an open-door culture.
- Store Experience: Ensure safe, healthy environments for pets and people; deliver outstanding pet parent service; conduct safety walks; manage inventory and compliance.
- Business Management: Analyze performance, execute strategies for profitability; communicate objectives; partner on events and community initiatives.
Experience & Skills
Seeking leaders with 3+ years in retail management, strong team-building skills, customer service expertise, financial acumen, and passion for pets. Key skills include recruiting, conflict resolution, operational efficiency, and fostering engagement. Flexible availability required.
