Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, and develop associates; create schedules, deliver reviews, and foster engagement through open communication and recognition.
- Store Experience: Ensure safe, healthy environments for pets and people; manage pet parent interactions, conduct monthly walks, monitor cameras, and uphold policies.
- Business Management: Analyze performance, execute strategies for profitability, maintain inventory, and lead events with community partners.
Experience & Skills
