Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, schedule, develop associates; conduct reviews, recognize achievements, handle grievances, and build engagement.
- Store Experience: Ensure safe, healthy environments for pets and people; deliver exceptional service; conduct audits, manage inventory, review cameras, and partner on events.
- Business Management: Execute strategies for profitability; analyze performance; communicate objectives; maintain compliance and standards.
Experience & Skills
Seeking proven leaders with retail management experience, strong team-building skills, customer focus, financial acumen, and pet passion. Key skills include delegation, conflict resolution, process improvement, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Flexible scheduling required.
