- Business Management: Deliver profitability goals, analyze performance, communicate objectives, and optimize processes for continuous improvement.
Experience & Skills
Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in retail management, strong leadership in high-volume settings, pet industry knowledge, and skills in team development, financial oversight, and customer-centric operations. Proficiency in safety protocols, inventory tools, and conflict resolution is essential.
