Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, and develop associates; create schedules, facilitate reviews, and foster an open-door culture with engagement tools.
- Store Experience: Lead pet parent interactions, ensure pet safety, conduct compliance walks, manage inventory, and respond to concerns across channels.
- Business Management: Execute corporate strategies for profitability, analyze performance, optimize processes, and partner on community events like adoptions.
Experience & Skills
