Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Handle recruiting, hiring, coaching, scheduling, reviews, training, and succession planning. Foster an open-door culture, address grievances, and celebrate team achievements.
- Store Experience: Ensure safe, healthy environments for pets and associates. Manage pet parent interactions, conduct monthly walks, monitor cameras, and lead events with adoption partners.
- Business Management: Deliver profitability goals, analyze performance, optimize inventory, communicate objectives, and adapt to changing priorities.
Experience & Skills
Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of retail management experience, strong leadership in high-volume settings, and passion for pets.
