Role Overview

The Retail Store Manager provides leadership oversight for safety, pet parent experience, operations, financial results, and HR functions. You'll drive company culture, achieve targets, champion exceptional service, and ensure efficient daily execution while upholding PetSmart's vision, mission, values, and strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, schedule, mentor, and develop associates; conduct reviews, recognize achievements, and address grievances to build engagement.
• Store Experience: Lead pet parent interactions, ensure pet safety, maintain store standards, conduct monthly walks, manage inventory, and review cameras for compliance.
• Operations & Financials: Collaborate on events, prioritize safety, communicate objectives, and respond to business changes for optimal results.

Experience & Skills

Seeking leaders with 3+ years in retail management, expertise in team building, customer service, and operations.
