Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, schedule, mentor, and develop associates; foster open communication and high engagement through recognition and feedback tools.
- Store Experience: Ensure safe, healthy environments for pets, associates, and customers; manage escalated concerns, conduct compliance walks, oversee inventory, and review security footage for coaching.
- Business Management: Analyze performance, execute strategies for profitability, communicate objectives, and partner on events like adoptions.
Experience & Skills
