Role Overview

The Retail Store Manager (Store Leader) provides comprehensive leadership over store safety, pet parent experiences, operations, financial results, and HR functions. Key Responsibilities

• People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, and develop associates; create schedules, deliver reviews, and build an open-door culture through engagement and feedback.
• Store Experience: Ensure safe, healthy environments for pets and people; manage pet parent interactions, conduct monthly walks, monitor cameras, and uphold policies.

Experience & Skills
