Role Overview
The Retail Store Manager (Store Leader) provides comprehensive leadership over store safety, pet parent experiences, operations, financial results, and HR functions. You'll champion PetSmart's vision, mission, and values while driving exceptional service and efficient daily execution.
Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, and develop associates; create schedules; facilitate reviews, training, and succession planning; build an open-door culture with feedback and recognition.
- Store Experience: Ensure safe, healthy environments for pets and people; deliver outstanding pet parent service; conduct monthly walks and camera reviews; manage inventory and events.
- Business Management: Achieve profitability goals; analyze performance; execute corporate strategies; maintain compliance and standards.

- Collaborate on events, adoption partnerships, and community initiatives
