Role Overview
The Retail Store Manager (Store Leader) provides comprehensive leadership over store safety, pet parent experiences, operations, financial results, and HR functions. Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, and develop associates; create schedules; facilitate reviews, training, and succession planning; build open-door culture and address grievances.
- Store Experience: Ensure safe, healthy environments for pets and people; manage pet parent interactions; conduct monthly walks; oversee inventory and compliance; review cameras for coaching.
- Business Management: Execute corporate strategies for profitability; analyze metrics and root causes; communicate objectives; partner on events and community initiatives.

- Prioritize safety for associates, pets, and customers; review cameras for accountability
