Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, schedule, mentor, and develop associates; foster open-door culture and deliver timely reviews.
- Store Experience: Ensure safe, healthy environments for pets and people; manage pet parent interactions, events, compliance walks, and inventory.
- Business Management: Execute strategies for profitability; analyze metrics, communicate objectives, review cameras for safety, and handle pet emergencies.
Experience & Skills
Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in retail management, proven leadership in team building and sales growth, customer service expertise, financial acumen, and passion for pets. Strong communication, delegation, and problem-solving skills are essential, with flexibility for varied shifts.
