Role Overview

The Retail Store Manager (Store Leader) provides leadership oversight for safety, pet parent experience, operations, financial results, and HR functions. You'll drive company culture, achieve targets, champion service, and execute daily business while upholding our vision, mission, values, and strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, schedule, develop associates, conduct reviews, and foster an open-door culture with feedback tools.
• Store Experience: Ensure safe, healthy environments for pets and people; manage pet parent interactions; conduct Core and Services Walks; oversee inventory and compliance.
• Business Management: Deliver profitability goals, analyze performance, communicate objectives, review cameras for safety, and handle pet health issues promptly.

Experience & Skills

Ideal candidates have retail management experience, strong leadership in team building and development, passion for pets, customer service expertise, financial acumen, and ability to thrive in dynamic environments. Key skills include effective delegation, conflict resolution, process improvement, and community engagement.
