Role Overview

The Retail Store Manager provides leadership oversight for safety, pet parent experience, operations, financial results, and HR functions. You'll drive company culture, achieve targets, champion exceptional service, and execute daily business while upholding our vision, mission, values, and strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, schedule, review, and develop associates; build open-door culture and address grievances.
• Store Experience: Lead pet parent interactions, ensure pet safety, maintain standards, conduct walks, monitor cameras, and manage inventory.
• Operational Excellence: Collaborate on events, communicate objectives, prioritize safety, and respond to changing environments.

Experience & Skills

Seeking leaders with 3+ years in retail management, strong team-building skills, financial savvy, and passion for pets. Must excel in customer service, compliance, employee motivation, and process improvement. Experience in pet retail is a plus.
