Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, schedule, and develop associates; conduct reviews and foster engagement through open communication and recognition.
- Store Experience: Ensure safe, healthy environments for pets and customers; handle concerns, maintain standards, conduct walks, and monitor compliance via cameras.
- Business Management: Analyze performance, execute strategies for profitability, manage inventory, and lead events with community partners.
Experience & Skills
Seeking leaders with 3+ years in retail management, strong team-building skills, financial acumen, and pet passion. Must excel in customer service, operations, and adaptability to flexible schedules.
