Role Overview
The Retail Store Manager (Store Leader) provides leadership oversight for safety, pet parent experiences, operations, financial results, and HR functions. Drive company culture, achieve targets, champion service, and execute daily business while upholding our vision, mission, and values.
Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, schedule, mentor, and develop associates; deliver reviews, recognize achievements, and resolve grievances to build engagement.
- Store Experience: Ensure safe, healthy environments for pets and people; lead pet parent service across channels, conduct walks, manage inventory, and review cameras for accountability.
- Business Management: Execute strategies for profitability, analyze performance, communicate objectives, and partner on events like adoptions.
Experience & Skills
Seeking proven leaders with retail management experience, strong team-building skills, customer focus, financial acumen, and pet passion. Must thrive in dynamic settings, delegate effectively, and prioritize safety/compliance.
