Role Overview
The Retail Store Manager (Store Leader) provides full oversight of store safety, pet parent experiences, operations, financial performance, and HR functions. You'll champion PetSmart's culture, drive results, and ensure exceptional service while upholding our vision, mission, and values.
Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, schedule, and develop associates; conduct reviews, foster engagement, and handle grievances.
- Store Experience: Lead pet parent interactions, ensure pet safety, conduct compliance walks, manage inventory, and review security footage for coaching.
- Business Management: Execute strategies for profitability, analyze performance, communicate objectives, and partner on events/adoptions.
Experience & Skills
Seeking leaders with 3+ years in retail management, expertise in team building, customer service, operations, and financials.
