- Store Experience: Ensure safe, healthy environments for pets and people; manage pet parent interactions; conduct safety walks; maintain inventory and compliance; review cameras for coaching.
- Business Management: Achieve profitability goals; analyze performance; cascade objectives; optimize processes; partner on events and adoptions.
