Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, and develop associates; manage schedules, reviews, and engagement; foster an open-door culture.
- Store Experience: Ensure pet safety and health; deliver outstanding customer service; conduct safety walks and inventory checks; handle escalations and community events.
- Business Management: Achieve profitability goals; analyze performance data; maintain compliance with policies; oversee opening/closing procedures.
Experience & Skills
