Key Responsibilities
People Leadership
Handle recruiting, hiring, coaching, and terminations; build an open-door culture; create schedules; facilitate reviews, training, and succession planning; recognize achievements to boost engagement.
Overall Store Experience
Lead pet parent interactions, ensure pet safety, maintain store standards, conduct safety walks, manage inventory, review cameras for compliance, and partner on community events.
Business Management
Execute corporate strategies for profitability, analyze performance metrics, communicate objectives, and adapt to changing priorities for optimal results.
Experience & Skills
