Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, schedule, develop associates; handle reviews, grievances, and engagement.
- Store Experience: Ensure safe environments for associates, pets, parents; manage pet health issues, conduct walks, review cameras, oversee openings/closings.
- Business Management: Deliver profitability, analyze performance, optimize inventory, communicate objectives, improve processes.
Experience & Skills
Seeking proven leaders with retail management experience, strong team-building skills, customer service passion, financial acumen, and pet industry knowledge. Must excel in delegation, feedback response, compliance, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
