Key Responsibilities

- Store Experience: Lead pet parent and associate interactions; ensure pet safety; maintain store standards; conduct compliance walks; manage inventory and events.
- Business Management: Execute strategies for profitability; analyze performance metrics; communicate objectives; prioritize safety and operational efficiency.
