Role Overview

- Store Experience: Ensure safe environments for associates, pets, and customers; manage pet parent interactions; conduct compliance walks; oversee inventory and events.
- Business Management: Deliver profitability goals; analyze metrics; cascade objectives; respond to market changes.
Experience & Skills
