- Store Experience: Lead pet parent and associate experiences; ensure pet safety; resolve concerns; conduct monthly walks; maintain compliance and inventory standards; review cameras for safety.
- Business Management: Execute corporate strategies for profitability; analyze data and root causes; communicate objectives; partner on events and community initiatives.
Experience & Skills
Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in retail management, strong leadership in high-volume environments, expertise in P&L management, and a passion for pets.
