Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, schedule, mentor, and develop associates; foster open-door culture, deliver reviews, and boost engagement.
- Store Experience: Ensure safe, healthy environments for pets, associates, and parents; manage escalations, conduct safety walks, monitor cameras, and maintain inventory.
- Business Management: Execute strategies for profitability, analyze performance, optimize processes, and partner on events like adoptions.
Experience & Skills
Seeking leaders with 3+ years in retail management, expertise in team building, customer service, financial oversight, and pet retail. Key skills include delegation, conflict resolution, data-driven decision-making, and passion for pets. Flexible availability required.
