Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, schedule, develop associates; facilitate reviews, recognition, and succession planning; build open-door culture and address grievances.
- Store Experience: Ensure safe, healthy pets and exceptional service; conduct Core and Services Walks; manage inventory, events, and compliance; review cameras for safety coaching.
- Business Management: Deliver profitability goals, analyze performance, cascade objectives, and adapt to changes for optimal results.
Experience & Skills
Seeking proven leaders with retail management experience, strong team-building skills, customer service passion, financial acumen, and pet industry knowledge. Must thrive in dynamic environments, delegate effectively, and prioritize safety.
