Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

- Store Experience: Ensure safe, healthy environments for pets, associates, and customers; manage pet parent interactions, conduct safety walks, monitor cameras, and maintain inventory standards.
- Business Management: Analyze performance, execute corporate strategies, optimize profitability, and lead events like adoption partnerships.
