- Drive business results by executing corporate strategies and analyzing performance metrics
- Foster a safe environment for associates, pets, and customers
- Collaborate on events, community partnerships, and store standards
- Monitor store cameras and address safety or behavioral issues
- Handle pet health emergencies and store opening/closing procedures
