Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, and develop associates; create schedules; facilitate reviews, training, and succession planning; build an open-door culture with engagement tools.
- Store Experience: Lead pet parent interactions, ensure pet safety, conduct compliance walks, manage inventory, review security footage, and partner on community events.
- Business Management: Execute corporate strategies, analyze financials, optimize processes, and deliver profitability goals through data-driven decisions.
Experience & Skills
Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of retail management experience, strong leadership in high-volume environments, pet industry knowledge, and skills in financial oversight, team motivation, and customer-centric operations. Proficiency in HR practices, safety protocols, and adaptability to flexible schedules is essential.
