Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, and develop associates; create schedules, conduct reviews, and build an open-door culture using feedback tools.
- Store Experience: Ensure safe, healthy environments for pets and people; manage pet parent interactions, conduct safety walks, monitor cameras, and uphold policies.
- Business Management: Execute strategies for profitability, analyze performance, optimize inventory, and lead events with community partners like adoption groups.
Experience & Skills
