Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, and develop associates; create schedules; facilitate reviews, training, and succession planning; build open-door culture and address grievances.
- Store Experience: Ensure safe, healthy pets and exceptional service; manage complaints; conduct Core and Services Walks; oversee inventory and events; review cameras for safety.
- Business Management: Deliver profitability goals; analyze performance; execute corporate strategy; communicate objectives to team.
Experience & Skills
Seeking leaders with 3+ years in retail management, strong team-building skills, customer focus, operational expertise, and passion for pets. Proficiency in financial analysis, compliance, and fostering engagement required.
