Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, and develop associates; create schedules, facilitate reviews, and foster an open-door culture with recognition and feedback tools.
- Store Experience: Ensure safe, healthy environments for pets and people; manage pet parent interactions, conduct monthly walks, monitor cameras, and uphold policies.
- Business Management: Analyze performance, execute corporate strategies, optimize inventory, and achieve profitability goals through data-driven decisions.
Experience & Skills
Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of retail management experience, strong leadership in team building and customer service, proficiency in operations and financial metrics, and a passion for pets.
