Role Overview
The Retail Store Manager provides leadership oversight for store safety, pet parent experiences, operations, financial results, and HR functions. You'll drive company culture, achieve targets, champion exceptional service, and execute daily business while upholding our vision, mission, and values.
Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, and develop associates; create schedules; facilitate reviews, training, and succession planning; build open-door culture and respond to feedback.
- Store Experience: Lead pet parent and associate experiences; ensure pet safety; resolve concerns; maintain standards via monthly walks; prioritize safety and inventory compliance.
- Operations & Financials: Evaluate processes for improvement; collaborate on events; communicate objectives; review cameras for coaching; handle sick pets and store procedures.
Experience & Skills
Seeking leaders with 3+ years in retail management, strong team-building skills, customer service passion, financial savvy, and pet care enthusiasm. Excel in delegation, conflict resolution, and fostering engagement in a fast-paced environment.
