Role Overview
The Retail Store Manager provides leadership oversight for safety, pet parent experience, operations, financial results, and HR functions. You'll drive company culture, achieve targets, champion exceptional service, and execute daily business while upholding our vision, mission, and values.
Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, schedule, develop, and recognize associates; conduct reviews and address grievances.
- Store Experience: Ensure safe environments for associates, pets, and customers; resolve concerns and maintain compliance.
- Operations & Financials: Manage inventory, conduct safety walks, monitor cameras, and communicate objectives.
- Pet Welfare: Prioritize pet health, respond to illnesses, and partner on adoption events.
Experience & Skills
Seeking leaders with 3+ years retail management, strong team-building, customer service, and operational skills. Passion for pets, financial savvy, and ability to thrive in dynamic environments required. Experience in pet retail preferred.

- Drive store events, community partnerships, and adoption initiatives
- Monitor store cameras, address risks, and ensure pet health & welfare
