Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, and develop associates; create schedules, deliver reviews, and foster engagement through recognition and feedback.
- Store Experience: Lead pet parent interactions, ensure safety for people and pets, conduct compliance walks, manage inventory, and resolve concerns.
- Business Management: Execute strategies for profitability, analyze performance metrics, oversee events, and collaborate with leadership teams.
Experience & Skills
Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of retail management experience, strong leadership in team building and customer service, proficiency in operations and financials, and a passion for pets.
