Role Overview
The Retail Store Manager (Store Leader) provides leadership oversight for safety, pet parent experience, operations, financial results, and HR functions. You'll drive company culture, achieve targets, champion service, and execute daily business while upholding our vision, mission, and values.
Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, schedule, develop associates, conduct reviews, and build an open-door culture using Voice of Associate feedback.
- Store Experience: Ensure safe, healthy environments for pets and people; lead pet parent interactions; conduct Core and Services Walks; manage inventory and camera reviews.
- Business Management: Deliver profitability goals, analyze metrics, execute strategies, and partner on events with adoption groups.
Experience & Skills
Seeking leaders with retail management experience, strong team-building skills, financial acumen, and a pet passion. Key skills include delegation, conflict resolution, process improvement, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
