Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, and develop associates; build an open-door culture; manage scheduling, reviews, training, and succession planning.
- Store Experience: Lead pet parent and associate experiences; ensure pet safety; resolve concerns; maintain standards via monthly walks; prioritize safety and inventory compliance.
- Business Management: Execute corporate strategies for profitability; analyze performance; communicate objectives; review cameras for coaching; handle pet health emergencies.
Experience & Skills
Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of retail management, strong leadership, customer service expertise, financial acumen, and pet industry knowledge. Key skills include team motivation, operational efficiency, conflict resolution, and adaptability to dynamic environments. Flexible scheduling is essential.
