Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, and develop associates; create schedules; facilitate reviews and recognition; build an open-door culture.
- Store Experience: Lead pet parent interactions; ensure pet safety; conduct safety walks; manage inventory and compliance; review cameras for accountability.
- Business Management: Execute strategies for profitability; analyze metrics; communicate objectives; partner on events and adoptions.
Experience & Skills
Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in retail management, strong leadership, customer service expertise, financial acumen, and pet passion. Key skills include team motivation, operational efficiency, conflict resolution, and data-driven decision-making. Flexible availability required.
