Role Overview
The Retail Store Manager (Store Leader) provides leadership oversight for safety, pet parent experiences, operations, financial results, and HR functions. Drive company culture, achieve targets, champion service, and execute daily business while upholding our vision, mission, values, and strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, schedule, mentor, and develop associates; handle reviews, grievances, and engagement initiatives.
- Store Experience: Ensure safe, healthy environments for pets, associates, and customers; manage escalations, events, compliance, inventory, and safety protocols like Core Walks and camera reviews.
- Business Management: Deliver profitability goals, analyze performance, optimize processes, communicate objectives, and partner on community events.
Experience & Skills
Seeking proven leaders with retail management experience, strong team-building skills, customer service expertise, financial acumen, and passion for pets. Must excel in delegation, feedback response, and adapting to dynamic environments. Flexible scheduling required.
