Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, and develop associates; create schedules; facilitate reviews, training, and succession planning; build open-door culture and respond to feedback.
- Store Experience: Ensure safe, healthy environments for pets and people; deliver exceptional service; manage escalations; conduct monthly walks and camera reviews; oversee events and compliance.
- Business Management: Execute strategies for profitability; analyze performance; optimize inventory and operations; communicate objectives to team.
