Role Overview
As DC Asset Protection and Safety Business Partner (Safety Manager) in Newnan, GA, you'll be the onsite leader driving safety, loss prevention, and crisis management at our distribution center. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, you'll partner with senior leaders to execute strategies, hit KPIs, and build a culture of protection. This fully onsite role demands strong influence, analytics, and hands-on leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Training & Compliance
Provide ongoing safety training, execute audits/inspections, and ensure regulatory compliance for associates, leaders, and vendors.
Investigations & Crisis
Lead asset protection investigations, serve as Incident Commander, and manage physical security across facilities.
Strategy & Leadership
Develop policies, track metrics, oversee third-party security, collaborate with OSHA/law enforcement, and mentor direct reports while spearheading cross-functional projects.
Experience & Skills
Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in DC safety/asset protection, investigative expertise, crisis management experience, and proficiency in OSHA/food safety. Key competencies include business partnering, communication, collaboration, analytics, and problem-solving. Occasional travel required.
