Role Overview

As Senior Application Analyst – Supply Chain (WMS Systems), you'll manage the full lifecycle of Supply Chain technology products—from strategic planning to operational support. Based onsite in Phoenix, AZ (no visa sponsorship), this role requires 4 days in-office weekly with one approved remote flex day. Focus on WMS systems to ensure minimal disruptions in distribution facilities through requirements definition, cross-functional collaboration, vendor management, testing, and 24/7 on-call rotation.

Key Responsibilities

Core Duties

  • Develop business requirements and functional designs for Supply Chain applications.
  • Partner with developers, architects, and business teams for solution delivery and testing.
  • Lead vendors to meet quality, timeline, and business needs.
  • Troubleshoot issues, apply patches/upgrades, and resolve defects swiftly.

Impact Areas

Influence technical solutions, extract unspoken requirements, and ensure system changes align with vendor support, keeping operations seamless.

Experience & Skills

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in relevant field or equivalent; 2+ years in Supply Chain app implementation.
  • Hands-on WMS/retail distribution experience; strong SDLC knowledge.
  • Superior analysis, multitasking, communication, and adaptability skills.

  • Support creation of business requirements and functional design specifications
  • Engage developers, architects, and analysts to deliver requirements and testing
  • Collaborate with business teams to ensure solutions meet operational needs
  • Lead vendor partners for high-quality, on-time deliverables
  • Evaluate, coordinate, and apply configurations, upgrades, and patches
  • Create and execute test plans, manage acceptance criteria, and resolve defects
  • Participate in week-long 24/7 on-call rotation
  • Influence technical solutions and negotiate resolutions for gaps
