Role Overview
As Senior Manager, Digital Creative, you'll lead a high-performing in-house team owning digital outcomes with creative authority and operational accountability. Blend hands-on design, AI-forward innovation, and leadership to deliver exceptional work across web, app, email, and animation—elevating PetSmart's brand at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end digital creative from concept to deployment, ensuring quality and timelines.
- Mentor 2-5 creatives, balancing hands-on work with coaching.
- Champion AI tools and processes to boost efficiency without sacrificing quality.
- Partner cross-functionally, present to executives, and provide art direction.
- Stay ahead of trends, solve problems proactively, and act as Creative Director proxy.
